Cinegraphe is a film production house founded in 1976 and operates offices in Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, Canada. The head office is in Quebec City. The company is involved in feature film production, corporate and commercial video production and the occasional documentary film production. Over the years the company has produced some five hundred films and videos and won numerous awards.
Cinegraphe is active in numerous video productions for international and Canadian clients. We can provide you with a bilingual crew and equipment anywhere in Eastern Canada from Halifax to Montreal at very reasonable rates. We shoot in Fredericton, Moncton, Quebec City, Boston, and New York City.
Feature credits include Short Change (1989), Women Without Wings (2002), Lakefront (2004), The Backup Man (2006), Killing Ruth - the Snuff Dialogues (2010), Leatha Acidents (2010), Tree Line and Dead Anyway now in post-production. Recently the company produced the TV pilot series Cottage in America for international distribution. Documentary credits include Martin Frobisher and the Baffin Fraud (2004).
Cinegraphe has solid experience in making relatively low budget feature films in foreign locations and is actively involved in minority co-productions around the globe.

There are numerous production services tax credits available to foreign producers. The best are in Quebec, Nova Scotia and Manitoba. We can access these tax credits through our regional offices. We strongly urge our partners to combine the various tax credits available in order to maximize the "free money" in your production. This is possible by co-producing through our regional offices.
